A day in the Southern Highlands learning to make gorgeous jams & jellies & grow your own veggies either side of a magnificent lunch feast on local produce & matching Australian wines. Luxury Tasting followed by gastronomic feast for lunch, in a top Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane restaurant. Go fishing for your lunch nice & early, returning to shore to cook it with an Aussie food hero – even if it ends up having to be vegetarian!
